GREAT goal to be a fashion designer, owning fashion brand(s), rebranding, or simply a desire to upgrade fashion skills sometimes did not follow by opportunity to access major school of fashion. Some of us are ‘lucky’ enough because we have struggling path on our way to step in our feet in the fashion industry. Financial difficulties and incapability managing time are two big obstacle walls.

Entin’s own experience was a tremendous reason why she inventing this Fashion & Business Start Up, an online fashion course in Canada. Start from zero with no idea how to be ‘hero’ as a fashion designer with no fashion background, how is it possible for her designing clothes, thrive some fashion shows and eventually well-known in Canada, and Indonesia–Entin’s origin and home town.
Fashion & Business Start Up existence became a glowing solution for anyone who have great desire yet incredible skill but did not supported by great financial base neither spare time to go to school of fashion. Profound enthusiasm not only came from Indonesians, but also Americans and of course Canadians. Obligation being adulthood; start family, raise kid(s), work hard to earn money, dealing with what we ‘need’ over what we ‘want’, was it possible if they want to walk on a track heading to the fashion world? Well, Entin wants to make it super-possible to reach your dream through Fashion & Business Start Up. And she did.
As a ‘school of fashion’ with online learning concept, Fashion & Business Start Up have their wide opens door for anyone anywhere to join alongside the most important relieve; a very affordable class fee that is way below conventional fashion school. Such a great bliss and proud for Entin because she could introduce and promote the remarkably beauty of Indonesian heritage fabrics to the world through her students, with a profound hope that the students carry over the mission by promoting Indonesian heritage through their works in the future when they became fashion designer.
If we take a look little closer to the students of Fashion & Business Start Up, 90% of them start it from zero a.k.a no fashion background at all. While other 10% are graduated students from various school of fashion. This might make you wondering, why someone that is graduated from famous school of fashion wants to join and have lessons alongside the ‘newbie’ here? One particular reason is because they got some valuable lessons that they didn’t get from the previous school. For example, drawing (sketching) technique, how to draw it properly and how to nailed it with more details.
